Qualifications

• Proven history in developing strong relationships with COI (advisors, attorneys, CPAs).


• Knowledge of daily recordkeepers, plan set-up & compliance, and ERISA.


• Proficiency in explaining cross-tested, profit-sharing, cash balance plans, and the required compliance.

Responsibilities

• Sell start-up and takeover plans through advisors, attorneys, and CPAs.


• Identify and cross-sell enhancements and additional services offered.


• Enhance existing and develop new relationships with advisors, attorneys, CPAs.


• Provide expertise in plan design and compliance.
