Overview

This position is 100% remote. Join Our TPA Team as a 401(k) Plan Administrator (Remote).

Are you a seasoned retirement plan professional looking for a role where your expertise is valued and your contributions make a real impact? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced 401(k) Plan Administrator to join our Third Party Administration team full-time in a fully remote capacity.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end compliance administration for our clients, including:

  • Trust reconciliation and comprehensive compliance testing
  • Cross-tested contribution calculations
  • Preparation of Form 5500 filings
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth and accurate plan administration
  • Communicating with plan sponsors and advisors

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 seasons of hands-on experience managing the full compliance cycle (“soup-to-nuts”) in a TPA environment.

  • PensionPro: You’re already comfortable navigating this platform
  • FT William Administration: We’re transitioning to FTW for the 2025 season, so prior experience is a plus
