West Virginia University Extension Service (WVUES) in New Cumberland, WV, is seeking a Part-Time 4-H Program Assistant to support the 4-H Youth Development Program in Hancock County. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in education, youth development, agriculture, or related field.
• Two years of related work or volunteer experience, preferably in youth programming, education, or community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Implement WVU Extension policies and procedures.
• Assist the 4-H Extension Agent in expanding the program and reaching new audiences.
• Recruit volunteers and manage enrollment and chartering materials.
• Oversee 4-H enrollment databases and coordinate meetings, workshops, camps, and events.
• Maintain budgeting records and use spreadsheets for program logistics.
• Prepare educational materials and assist in volunteer trainings.
