Texas A&M University is seeking an Extension Program Specialist I to enhance 4-H Youth Development Programming in San Angelo, Texas. You will work closely with County Extension Agents to develop effective youth programs and conduct training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Works with State 4‑H Program Leader to establish goals.
• Provides leadership to 4‑H youth development programming efforts.
• Conducts trainings for County Extension Agents and youth.
• Supports and builds club programs.
• Analyzes program effectiveness and prepares reports.
