Working collaboratively with the Tanglewood 4-H Camp and Learning Center team, the successful candidate will develop and deliver educational programs that help young people build leadership, life skills, environmental awareness, and a sense of belonging. The ideal candidate will be passionate about positive youth development, skilled at building relationships with youth and adult volunteers, and committed to creating inclusive opportunities that support the diverse needs of Waldo County communities. Typical hiring range for this position is $45,000 to $48,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
