Qualifications

• Coordinate and monitor daily activities of the 4-H Youth Development Program in Tehama County.
• Provide leadership and training for 4-H volunteers and community partners.
• Promote positive youth development practices and ensure compliance with UC ANR policies.
• Lead program coordination for 4-H programs, events, and activities.
• Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, youth, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local 4-H Youth Development Program activities to ensure safe, accessible, and responsive delivery.
• Train and support group leaders and volunteers using approved materials and curricula.
• Assist with chartering new clubs, document review, and paperwork submission as needed.
• Stay updated on 4-H and UC ANR policies and communicate changes to stakeholders.
