Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Certification or vocational training may be required.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage after-school programming at two locations.
• Recruit volunteers, mentors, and participants; conduct surveys and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on, experiential learning guided by 4-H curriculum.
• Coordinate summer engagement activities, career exploration events, and family orientation meetings.
• Meet monthly with grant team to ensure grant benchmarks are met.
