Job summary

Ohio State University Extension is seeking an Extension Educators Coordinator for Adams County to oversee after-school programming and youth engagement. The role will recruit volunteers and mentors, conduct surveys, and deliver hands-on learning based on the 4-H curriculum in two locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications outline: High School diploma or GED; certification or vocational training may be required.
• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred; 2 years of relevant experience required; 4-6 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage after-school programming at two locations.
• Recruit volunteers, mentors, and participants; conduct surveys and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on, experiential learning guided by 4-H curriculum.
• Collaborate with schools and community organizations.
