HuHot Mongolian Grill is seeking experienced management candidates to assist our operations teams in (Insert store here). Our salary range for this position is (Salary Range) per year and can be negotiated based on your industry experience.

Our guests enjoy our unique flavors that put them in control of their own adventure. Our great team of grill cooks prepares meals in front of guests on our round flat-top grill, offering a variety of premium meats, seafood, homemade noodles, fresh vegetables, and 26 sauces to meet any flavor palate.

Position requirements include but are not limited to:

• Restaurant experience required; recent management experience preferred
• Must have or be able to obtain a liquor license
• Reliable transportation and means of communication
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours a day
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs, rarely
• Open availability, including nights and weekends; closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
• 70% of a manager’s day involves working with staff and performing all functions of each position to assist during busy times, as well as engaging guests to create a great experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite is helpful
• Experience with web-based inventory and scheduling software, Aloha, or TOAST is a plus
