Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• 5+ years welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and lay out components for welding.
• Perform high-quality GMAW welds to spec.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Operate forklift between workstations and assist with material handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document production steps.
