Klute Inc. is seeking a Parts Prep / Cleaner / Stager to support steel fabrication. You will clean and prepare steel tubes and plates, operate grinders and shop tools, and stage materials to keep production moving. Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; manufacturing experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare steel tubes and plates for welding and fabrication.
• Use grinders and other tools to remove rust, mill scale, slag, burrs, and other imperfections.
• Operate shop tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and shears, as needed.
• Sort, organize, and stage materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare steel tubes and plates for welding and fabrication.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and/or walking throughout the workday.
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
• Repetitive movements and tasks, including frequent use of hands to handle tools, materials, and equipment.
