Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Ability to diagnose vehicle concerns and complete repairs independently.
• Strong diagnostic experience preferred.
• Drivability and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Independent repair shop or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose Domestic and import vehicle concerns.
• Perform automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Complete assigned repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Troubleshoot drivability and electrical concerns based on skill level.
• Work with Service Advisors and team members to maintain workflow.
• Follow established shop processes and quality standards.
