Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Spring Lake, MI is seeking a 1st Shift - Assembly to join our manufacturing client’s team. The role focuses on assembling components for fueling and dispensing equipment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The shift runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a four-day work week and three-day weekends. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with opportunities for hands-on training and skill development on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fasteners to build completed assemblies.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work orders, and production instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
