Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with Massachusetts curriculum standards using district-assigned curricular materials.
• Assess student progress through various methods and use the information to adjust instruction.
• Provide an equitable classroom environment by effectively meeting the individual needs of all students.
• Regularly communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with peers and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the building administration.
