Qualifications

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months.
• Experience Desired: Electric pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Education Desired: No High School diploma required.
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 100 pounds.
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years old.
• Availability: Permanent, non-seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Count and select product by slot numbers and product descriptions using the warehouse system.
• Lift and place cases up to 100 lbs onto pallets and prepare for shipment.
• Meet productivity standards and maintain accurate selections.
• Construct balanced pallets for safe shipping and damage-free delivery.
• Shrink-wrap and stage pallets in proper shipping lanes.
• Communicate safety, equipment, or inventory issues to supervisors.
• Adapt to schedule shifts, overtime, and company production needs.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and company policies.
