Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking a Home Delivery Driver in Springfield, OH to ensure customers receive meals for the upcoming week. You will load prepacked meals from our cold storage to customers' homes, delivering promptly with friendly service and aligning with our core values.

Schedule is Tuesday–Friday (4-day work week) with a $19 per hour rate and a monthly bonus opportunity. Employment contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record.
• Able to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and GPS navigation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws at all times.
• Load meals into company vehicle at cold storage facility.
• Deliver meals to clients, often into their homes.
• Record deliveries accurately using the MMHD app.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow sanitation procedures.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; report issues promptly.
• Assist with driver audits and ensure protocol compliance.

Skills

Valid driver's license

Excellent driving record

Good communication (English)

Smartphone proficiency

GPS routing experience

Basic math skills

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to work in various weather
