Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to ensure customers receive meals for the upcoming week. You will load prepacked boxes from cold storage and deliver to clients’ homes with prompt, courteous service. Schedule: 4-day work week, Tuesday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to speak/read/write English and use a smartphone.
• Familiar with GPS routing and basic math.
• Post-offer drug screen and background check required.
• Post-offer MVR lookup required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws at all times.
• Load meals into company vehicle at designated cold storage facility.
• Deliver meals to our clients, often taking meals into clients’ homes.
• Make phone calls to clients when delivery issues arise or if necessary for your region.
• Accurately and consistently record deliveries on MMHD delivery application.
• Consistently follows all food related sanitation/food safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients at all times.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment in a safe operating manner.
• Report any equipment failures and vehicle damage immediately to supervisor.
• Assist with vehicle and driver audits.
• Ensure deliveries occur in compliance with established protocols.
