Job summary

Windom School District 177 in Windom, MN is seeking a Café Helper to support daily food service at Windom Middle/High School. You will assist with food preparation, serve meals, wash dishes and pans, and help keep the kitchen and serving areas clean and organized.

The role is 4.75 hours per day, typically from 9:30 am to 2:15 pm. Must have a high school diploma or GED; 1–3 years in a school food service setting is preferred. Wage ranges from $16.52 to $19.13 per hour under the union contract.

Salary Range

• Union contract hourly range based on education, experience, and qualifications: $16.52 - $19.13
• The following hourly range is based on the 2025-2026 school year union contract; these amounts will be subject to change/increase once the new contract is settled.
