  • Managing cases from inception to completion
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Drafting persuasive motions and confidently presenting arguments in court
  • Skillfully conducting and defending depositions
  • Successfully taking cases to trial

Our ideal candidate will have :

The compensation structure for this role provides a competitive annual salary range of $155,000 to $185,000, supplemented by an expansive bonus program which rewards experience and performance. In 2024, our more experienced associates received total compensation ranging between $200,000 and $400,000+.

Our bonus structure is comprised of two components. The first, an objective bonus, is triggered when the firm successfully achieves its annual revenue target. The second component is a subjective bonus, allocated at the end of the year, which is designed to recognize individual performance.

As a contingency-based firm, we operate under the principle that our victories are shared ones. This principle is embodied in our bonus structure, rewarding our attorneys generously whenever the firm succeeds.
