Job summary

Openwork is seeking a Forklift Operator for its Del Valle, TX facility. The role requires previous sit-down and stand-up forklift experience, and offers a 4/12 schedule with four 12-hour shifts and three days off weekly. Base pay ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, with automatic overtime built into the schedule.

You will safely operate forklifts, move materials, and support warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Prior sit-down and stand-up forklift operating experience is required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stay active through a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials across the warehouse.
• Transport products to/from storage areas, staging zones, and delivery trucks.

• Assist with order picking, packing, inventory organizing, and team warehouse duties when needed.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: Mon – Thu, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon – Thu, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Friday & weekend overtime shifts available if you want to stack extra cash!)

• Pitch In: Assist with order picking, packing, inventory organizing, and team warehouse duties when needed.
