Job summary

Rittal is seeking a Welder for the 3rd shift, based in Urbana, OH. The role involves performing MIG/TIG welding operations to support production schedules and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a high school diploma and 1 year of welding experience, alongside the ability to read blueprints. Competitive compensation of $23-27/HR is offered based on experience, plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience or completion of a certified welding training program.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with basic welding tools, techniques, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG welding operations to support the production schedule.
• Weld base frames and other metal components according to specifications.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
