Job summary

M.S. Walker seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Norwood, MA. You will lead a team of 5–10 in a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring safety, productivity, and accurate operations across picker and loader activities.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervision, 3rd shift experience preferred, and proficiency with MS Teams, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual skills are a plus; compensation aligns with a $75,000–$85,000 annual range.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervising 5+ warehouse employees.
• 3rd shift experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Teams, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily warehouse checks at shift start and end.
• Ensure safety procedures and worker safety are prioritized.
• Properly secure and alarm premises when responsible.
• Monitor forklift inspections and PIT training.
• Supervise, train, and motivate union employees.
• Promote teamwork and positive workplace culture.
• Document absences, lateness, and policy violations; write reviews.
• Attend weekly supervisor meetings and relay operational info.
• Lead coverage for Warehouse Night Operations Manager as needed.
