Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Ohio to oversee daily staffing and operations on a 4-day set schedule (3 consecutive days off) with a 3rd shift from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, limiting overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse staff ensuring safety, service, productivity and reliability.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
