M.S. Walker is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Norwood, MA. You will lead a team of 5+ employees, ensure safety compliance, and manage warehouse operations using WMS/WCS systems. Strong leadership and bilingual abilities are a plus.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Teams, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervising 5+ warehouse employees
• 3rd shift experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of safety in a warehouse (OSHA certified)
• Experience with warehouse machines (pallet jack, order picker, reach, and forklift)
• Knowledge of WMS and WCS
• Experience with project management
• Bilingual is a plus (Creole, French, or Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and conduct daily warehouse checks.
• Monitor operations following safety procedures and protect worker safety.
• Document actions of union employees (absences, lateness, violations).
• Track employee performance in WMS and WCS; use Excel to track.
• Attend weekly supervisor meetings and relay operational information.
