Lineage is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our team in New Castle, DE. This leadership role will oversee and support up to 30 warehouse team members, driving safe, efficient operations and strong team performance.

The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with flexibility to meet business needs. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with Operations leadership, and ensure adherence to service, quality, safety and productivity standards.

Qualificações

• 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) and hot storage up to 100°F/37°C with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels in the workplace.

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment and resolve employee issues.

The schedule is Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, with flexibility to meet business needs.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with machinery and material handling equipment
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
• Perform assigned projects as instructed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• 2years warehouseor logisticsleadershipexperience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of40lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
