Job summary

Lineage in Milwaukee is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

You will train staff, manage shipments and inventory, plan production schedules, track performance, and collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs; weight may be more depending on facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times can be loud.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while keeping time and production records.

Job description

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness

• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
