Job summary

Ornua is hiring a Warehouse Associate (3rd Shift) at its Hilbert, Wisconsin facility. The role is full-time, Sun-Thu 8:15pm–6:15am, with base pay $22.50/hr plus a 15% shift differential.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic math/reading skills, with forklift experience preferred. As a member of the warehouse team, you will stack, organize and move product, operate forklift equipment, and ensure safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and language skills are required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stack, organize and store product to meet customer specs in GMP/safety policies.
• Operate the stacking machine and forklift to move product.
• Stack product per customer expectations and return product to racking.
• Move product using material handling equipment to support bulk activities.
• Load/unload and transport product efficiently.
• Assist daily housekeeping and department maintenance.
• Maintain safety culture and 100% safety compliance.
• Be flexible to work in other warehouse positions as needed.
