Milton CAT is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift in Milford, MA. The role involves picking, packing, loading for delivery, and ensuring shipment accuracy while operating material handling equipment and using WMS/RF scanners.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with computers, and strong communication skills. OT and safety adherence are expected in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with computers and related software.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb and work at heights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center and overtime as needed.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with WMS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, wrap and load product for delivery to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Receive merchandise and stock shelves.
• Assist with inventory procedures and counts.
• Use WMS and RF scanners to manage tasks.
• Perform duties with urgency and attention to detail.
