Job summary

M S International, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate in Suffolk, VA to review orders on a tablet, verify documentation, pick and palletize products, and prepare items for shipment. The role involves heavy lifting and frequent forklift use as needed.

You will ensure accurate shipping documentation, coordinate inbound and outbound freight, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse while following instructions under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with a tablet or iPad.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and place flooring product orders on pallets and shrink-wrap.
• Read shipping orders to determine quantity and transportation.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and maintain data.
• Collect outbound freight documentation and route to records.
• Pick orders for shipment and assemble merchandise.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and perform equipment checks.
• Perform additional duties as required.
