Remedy Staffing is seeking a Production Team Lead for our Iowa City client to oversee a fast-paced warehouse operation on the 3rd shift. This temp-to-hire role offers a $17.50/hour pay rate and requires standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 35 lbs.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead production teams, enforce GMP, manage staffing and shift reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a busy manufacturing

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Stand for entire shift.
• Lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Detail-oriented to spot flaws or damaged product.
• Punctual and ready to begin production at shift start.
• Wear GMP as required by the site.
