Job summary

General-Formulations is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) in Sparta, MI. You will support inventory intake, pick and pack tasks, and forklift operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, updating records, and delivering items to proper locations while maintaining a clean, organized and safe workspace. Prior forklift experience and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of related work experience required.
• Must have HI-LO/Lift Truck certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks, standup and sit-down forklifts safely.
• Receive, store and issue inventory with accurate documentation.
• Maintain organized, clean and safe warehouse workspace.
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment and surroundings.
• Assist with UPS/FedEx deliveries to correct areas.
