Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a production operator for night shift in Joplin, MO. You will operate manufacturing equipment, ensure GMP compliance, and participate in quality checks to meet production standards.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with shift supervisors to troubleshoot equipment.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials, stage supplies, and finalize products for shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor repetitive and non-repetitive production machinery and packaging equipment on the manufacturing floor.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks, monitor product weights, inspect packaging, and identify any defects to ensure products meet production standards.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, executing standard cleaning procedures during shift transitions and equipment changeovers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors and fellow team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and meet daily production goals.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials onto production lines, stage packaging supplies, and finalize products to prepare them for shipping.
