Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm until completion of work

Order Selector Pay: $20 to $31/hour; earning potential depending on performance

401K: 60% matching up to 10% of salary

Our order selectors arrive to our warehouse in the evening ready to work as a team and exceed expectations. They ride pallet jacks and use pick software to select and load some of the world’s leading beer brands and other beverages from storage to pallets ready for delivery according to customer order requests.

Location: Tampa, Florida

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Package customer orders according to order requests.
• Use electric pallet jacks and pick software to hand stack cases of beer.
• Ensure pallets are properly built and stacked for safe delivery.
• Work overtime when required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience desired.
• Must be able to complete the in-house electric pallet jack certification program (with possible forklift certification).

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Must be able to regularly lift and move product (case of beer) to and from pallets. Product averages 30 lbs. but can weigh up to a maximum of 49 lbs.
• Able to work overtime when required.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment.
• Regular exposure to extreme temperatures, dusty conditions, fumes, machinery with moving parts, and outside weather conditions, including wet and/or humid conditions.
• Possible exposure to chemicals and other toxicants, electrical shock, loud noise, and high places.
