Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Associate II for the 3rd shift in Montgomery, NY. The role supports inbound/outbound activities, ships products, and maintains safety and quality standards. Union details and shift specifics align with the distribution center environment.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasional heights work. OT may be necessary; RF scanning and PIT experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the full shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 feet regularly.
• RF scanner experience and/or voice-picking highly preferred.
• Willingness to rotate among warehouse areas and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, pick items, check quality, pack and ship.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and conduct inventory control.
• Collaborate with team and supervisor to meet productivity targets.
• Attend associate meetings and report concerns.
