HireCall is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator for 3rd shift in West Tulsa, OK. The role involves operating metal-cutting machinery, measuring parts, and safely moving large materials. Prior sit-down forklift experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

This temp-to-hire position offers potential for permanent employment and requires adherence to safety procedures. Shifts run 10:30 PM–7:00 AM with a Sunday through Thursday schedule.

Formación

Warehouse Operator – Metal Processing (3rd Shift)

Location: West Tulsa, OK

Pay:$18.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team on 3rd shift!You will work as part of a team responsible for ensuring metal materials are cut accurately, safely, and on schedule to meet customer demands. This position involves operating a variety of industrial metal-cutting machines, measuring materials, and safely moving large materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have previous sit-down forklift experience, good measuring skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the potential to become a permanent member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of industrial metal-cutting machines.
• Measure and cut materials according to customer specifications and work orders.

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and position materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or metal-processing experience preferred.
• Previous sit-down forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16-inch increments.
• Ability to perform basic decimal-to-fraction and fraction-to-decimal conversions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to properly use and read measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and willingness to be a team player.
• Willingness to complete required overhead crane training.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, climb, bend, and move throughout the workday for extended periods.

Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 70 pounds.

Ability to work safely in an industrial warehouse and metal-processing environment.

Must successfully complete annual vision and hearing examinations.

Ability to safely perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Training Schedule

Initial training will take place on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift before transitioning to their regular 3rd-shift schedule.
