Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of warehouse/distribution experience with leadership attributes or team lead experience required.
• Certification and/or License – forklift or related certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the daily shift schedule to the warehouse/cooler team.
• Proactively report issues to supervision and look for improvement opportunities.
• Complete necessary warehouse documentation accurately and promptly.
• Meet or exceed production demands by moving products efficiently.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust operations as needed to optimize labor use.
