• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of assigned work groups to meet requirements.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Schedule shifts based on partner requirements and interview/train new staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
