Job summary

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Ankeny, IA operation supporting a major client. Lead a small team, coordinate inbound and outbound flow, and ensure safety and accuracy on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have 0–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to complete picks, putaways, and scheduled work safely.
• Oversee trailer processing and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety; address issues in real time.
• Coach and develop team members; enforce standards and accountability.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound flow and partner with shifts for handoffs.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready work area; enforce policies and safety.
• Complete shift reports and communicate status to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement (5S, standard work, error reduction) to increase efficiency.
