Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate in LaVergne, TN. The role supports warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, with cross-training across multiple warehouse areas.

You may be trained to operate material handling equipment, and a high school diploma is preferred. You will work Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00pm–4:30am, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technology like computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including accurate picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
