Job summary

Frontall USA in Union, NJ is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate – Picking, Loading & Sorting to support our refrigerated operations. This temporary role focuses on accurate picking, loading and sorting for distribution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining product accuracy, quality and safety, keeping areas clean, and working in 30°F–36°F temperatures with possible freezer exposure. Lift up to 60 lbs and work overnight shifts. Pay is $20.25/hour.

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for 3rd Shift warehouse positions in Union, NJ. Responsibilities include picking, loading, sorting, and preparing products for distribution in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, sort, load, and organize warehouse products.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work efficiently in refrigerated and occasional freezer conditions.

Cold Storage & Clothing Requirements:

• Working Temperatures: Regular exposure to 30°F–36°F, with occasional freezer exposure as low as -10°F.
• Required Clothing: All temporary employees must provide their own appropriate cold-weather clothing, including warm layers, insulated jackets, gloves, and suitable footwear.
• Important: Candidates must have previous cold storage experience and be fully prepared to work in these temperature conditions.
