Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Lynchburg, VA Distribution Center. The role involves shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products, with usage of forklifts and RF technology as needed.

You will verify incoming goods and fulfill orders for shipment, while maintaining accurate records and safety compliance. The position operates on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:30pm–7:30am) with a starting hourly rate of $16.00 plus $1.25 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MS Office knowledge, WMS experience, RF technology familiarity.
• Desire continuous improvement concept and team building skills.
• Must have a working knowledge of Powered Industrial Truck operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments using equipment.
• Replenish inventory and assist cabinet team.
• Retrieve supplies from upper-level racks for distribution.
• Support special requests to locate items on shelves.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
