Shift Details

3B Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00PM-6:30AM

Responsibilities
  • Unload and load trailers, verify proper stacking, and ensure freight is not mixed on pallets, with items placed one per pallet unless instructed otherwise. Secure pallets with tape or stretch-wrap.
  • Count products prior to storage, compare counts to driver’s manifest, inspect for damage, infestation, and production code dates. Report shortages, damages, and misplacements. Move products to storage locations and verify receipt at correct temperatures.
  • Identify and report damages, shortages, and overages according to company policy.
  • Assist with physical inventories using scanners, ensure proper stock rotation based on lot numbers.
  • Pick and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper lot number usage. Pallet heights may reach up to 7 feet.
  • Move products into railcars or trailers efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, slip-sheets, and other equipment safely and properly. Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and facilities. Conduct daily inspections and report issues.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience with high-reach forklifts and warehouse training preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, and operate machinery for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking and hearing.
  • Proficiency with scanners, tablets, radios, and warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work overtime, drive a motor vehicle, and work in cold environments (+34 to -10°F).
  • Strong arithmetic and reading skills, ability to follow instructions, and work independently.
