Position: 3rd Shift Production Operator

We are looking for a 3rd shift Production Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products following our recipes. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our facility, earning a competitive wage and receiving support from our community of compassionate leaders.

What you’ll do:

1. Learn a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week.
2. Read and follow detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products.
3. Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant, with on-site training provided if needed.
4. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policies.

What you’ll bring:

1. Adaptability to perform different activities each day with strong attention to detail.
2. Interest in being part of an effective and productive manufacturing process.
3. Ability to read, write, and a desire to continually learn and improve.
4. Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guidelines, with previous experience in plant production sites, especially in the food industry, considered a plus.
