Job Shift: Graveyard

Responsibilities

• Assists Leadperson in setting up lines, as needed.
• Fills in for various positions, as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Leadperson.
• Must have knowledge of the Depal Machine operation.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and an electric pallet jack.
• Must be able to function in a laborer capacity for ingredient handling and container handling.
• Must be able to perform the duties of a Closing Machine Operator.
• Must be able to perform the duties of a Sauce Cook (prepare brines).
• Must be able to prepare concentrate and understand the bean soaking procedures and operate at least one processing vessel.
• Responsible for heavy lifting.
• Reports any mechanical and/or safety issues to Supervisor and/or Leadperson immediately.
• Keeps work area clean and in accordance with good housekeeping practices.
• Adheres to common safety practices and procedures including the wearing of protective equipment and clothing.
• Adheres to the Company’s plant hygiene standards to ensure high product integrity.
• Responsible for the execution of food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP’s, HACCP, safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Leadperson.
