Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Cedar Rapids is seeking a highly skilled Utility 3 (Dock/VRT/Robot) operator for the 3rd shift to support a multi-line, non-union facility with 200 hourly staff. You will work across Dock, Robot, and VRT areas, operating forklifts, robotic arms, and VRT equipment, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in producing frozen soups and macaroni & cheese.

Experience with SAP and strong teamwork is valued, as you will cover multiple positions as needed and report to the shift

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Must be able to work in a safe manner.
• Must ensure quality products are being packaged.

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift and manage material handling in Dock tasks.
• Operate robotic arm systems and monitor their movements.
• Manage VRT operations and ensure equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain records and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality.
• Follow GMPs, safety guidelines and SOPs.
