Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Trailer Technician to repair trailers and perform chassis repairs including brake jobs, welding, and part replacements using standard tools.

You will diagnose, repair and rebuild trailer equipment, perform maintenance and inspections, test equipment, and handle brake and suspension work. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or vocational training and welding experience is a plus; must lift 50 lbs and pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or vocational training/work experience acceptable.
• Welding experience preferred; carpentry fabrication a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, build and rebuild trailer equipment.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshoot and inspect equipment.
• Test equipment for proper operation; brake jobs and suspension work.
• Other duties as assigned.
