Job summary

QPS is seeking a Tooling & Inventory Specialist to keep operations running smoothly by staging and repairing tooling and managing inventory in a CMMS system. You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams on a fast-paced, high-impact role during the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to perform basic computer tasks and use common computer programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in conversations and read standard items.

Responsibilities

• Stage and inspect tooling for delivery/pickup.
• Pick up and deliver carts, parts, and hardware for PRTs.
• Enter tooling/parts/locations in the CMMS system with Engineering.
• Update the Bill of Materials with Engineers.
• Assemble/repair/engrave tooling and equipment.
• Create POs for tooling replacement as needed.
• Perform cycle counts of tooling.
