Earn an additional $2.00/hour premium for hours worked between 10PM - 7AM during the period of 5/11/25 - 9/6/25!

Overview

To ensure that Lowes Foods guest service and departmental operation are maintained in the grocery department.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers.
• Stock, rotate, and condition all grocery products on shelves according to Lowes Foods standards and productivity guidelines.
• Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.
• Maintain organized, inventoried backstock in the backroom area.
• Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control, rotation, and product handling.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery.
• Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom.
• Communicate temperature problems to supervisor (dairy and frozen food).
• Perform front-end duties as necessary to uphold the “no noticeable wait” standard.
• Order product for aisles as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
