Job summary

Leadpoint is hiring General Laborers/Sorters in Indianapolis, IN to sort recyclables at a large processing plant. No diploma or experience is required, with growth potential and a 3rd shift schedule from 5:45pm to 6:15am.

As a full-time General Laborer/Sorter you’ll earn $17.50 per hour. Benefits include health, dental and vision after 60 days, PPE supplied, a lunchroom, weekly pay and accrued time off. Equal opportunity employer; THC testing may apply.

Qualifications

• No diploma or experience needed.
• Prior warehouse, general labor or sorting experience is a plus, but not required.
• We need reliable, detail and safety-oriented Sorters who are at least 18 years old, can lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Consent to a background check and a drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to work, with some facilities near bus lines; carpooling encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Sort recyclables at a large processing plant.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness while handling materials.
