Stanley Black & Decker in Shelbyville, Kentucky is hiring a Set Up Punch Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00pm – 7:30am). You will operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines to keep product flowing and meet service levels, while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and reading of blueprints, and the ability to use simple tools and computers. You’ll fill out documentation, handle scrap and rework, and work overtime as needed.

The Job:

As a Set Up Punch Operator, you’ll be part of our Shelbyville Manufacturing team working as an on‑site employee. You’ll get to: Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI Properly fill out all documentation and labels Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product Perform other duties as assigned
